Paperplast Oy is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and offers the opportunity to influence the processing of data. You can change and restrict the use of your information on the My Account page of our online store.

With this privacy statement, we inform our customers about the processing of their personal information.

Collection of customer information

Information provided by the user himself

Identification information, such as name

Personal identification number to identify the customer when concluding a credit agreement with the lender. The personal identity number of the consumer customer will not come to Paperplast Oy's knowledge!

Contact information such as address, email address and phone number

Information observed and analytically derived from the use of the Services

Purchase history, e.g. ordered products and their price information

Delivery information, such as the selected delivery method and delivery address

E-commerce usage and browsing information as well as terminal identification information

Providing identification, contact and payment information is mandatory when purchasing from Paperplast Oy's online store.

The main source of information is the user himself, in addition to which we may obtain additional information from our partners, such as a credit service provider. We will notify you of personal information we receive from third parties in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Regulation at the first contact with the customer or no later than within one month of receiving the personal information.

The information is processed based on the customer relationship between the customer and Paperplast Oy, the agreement, the use of the website, the customer's separate express consent or legal obligations.

Data protection

All personal data is protected against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful processing.

Paperplast Oy stores customer information in Finland. The technical and process security of data centers and trading systems is at a very high level. Servers are protected against hacking and denial of service attacks.

The processing of personal data has taken into account the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation applicable as of 25 May 2018.

All access to personal data is controlled in accordance with good practice.

Use of personal information

Customer data can only be accessed by Paperplast Oy's own employees, and our staff only sees customer data to the extent that it is necessary for the performance of work tasks.

We use trusted contractors to transfer information to a third party. Agreements with all partners have taken into account the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation and other legislation.

Data retention period

We will only retain your personal information for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this leaflet. In some cases, legislation may require the retention of some customer-related information.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

We may disclose some necessary information to third parties to guarantee delivery as well as for marketing purposes. Your information will also be passed on to the lender in connection with the credit decision.

We also use customer data with third parties for analytics and personalization purposes. We take advantage of purchasing behavior and browsing information with partners to better offer you products and offers that interest you. The information used for analytical and personalization purposes is anonymized

If necessary, we also provide information to the authorities. We always inform the customer about requests for information if it is permitted by law.

To the carrier, if the chosen delivery method is transport to the pick-up point, the nearest post office or the destination
To the payment intermediary when paying with a payment card
To the lender, when the customer chooses the credit company's invoice or installment as the method of payment

To the collection company, when the invoices fall due and go to collection
Paperplast Oy ensures a high level of data security and protection when transferring and processing data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation.

Toimitustavat ja -kulut

Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Esitämme ostoskorissa arvion tulevista toimituskuluista ensisijaisen käytössä olevan toimitustavan mukaan. Tarkat toimituskulut näet valittuasi tilaukselle haluamasi maksu- ja toimitustavat. Käytössä olevat toimitustavat riippuvat ostoskorin sisällöstä ja yhteispainosta. Voit valita kassalla käytössä olevista toimitustavoista sinulle parhaiten sopivan vaihtoehdon jonka yhteydessä tarkka toimituskulu on esitetty.

Toimitusaika

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen.

Palautusehdot

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Lunastamaton paketti

Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetystä paketista, josta ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, perimme toimituskustannukset.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot -kohdassa mainittuun osoitteeseen tai soittamalla yhteystiedoissa mainittuun puhelinnumeroon. Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
